Twas a dreary, rainy morning on Long Island, but I decided I was going to be so happy, bordering annoying about the “awesome” weather! 

Even my kids mocked me as they yawned back sleepy retorts. Come on dad, don’t you see the rain, hear the wind?

Guys, rain is best December to March.

But you love sunny days?

I do, but I love rainy days like today the most, because for every inch of rain, we’d be looking at 7-10″ of snow!

We love Snow! Damn, school could have been canceled too.

Ahh, another reason I love the rain.
